2.代购避免不了缺货情况（供应商忘记通知我们）会安排退款给您或您要更换商品。

3.如收到的货品有损坏、错误的问题，请在货物签收的3天内联系本店，我们会根据您的需求安排退款或退换程序的行动。

- 超过3天后，恕本店将一概不会负责，敬请谅解。
